Dr. Ina-Marie

Dr. Ina-Marié is an Educational Psychologist dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate learning, emotional, and developmental challenges. With a warm and professional approach, she works closely with families, schools, and organizations to provide clarity and support for those experiencing difficulties. Her goal is to empower learners by developing personalized support plans that enhance their confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Dr. Ina-Marié employs a structured methodology that focuses on understanding how each learner learns. She identifies barriers to learning and designs practical support and intervention plans, guiding parents, tutors, and schools on the next steps to take.

She supports a wide range of learners, addressing issues related to learning difficulties, ADHD, anxiety, emotional or behavioral concerns, and school readiness across various educational settings.

Dr. Ina-Marié has extensive experience as an Educational Psychology Consultant and Specialist Referral Partner. She provides professional evaluations, guidance, and learning support strategy development on a case-by-case or referral basis.

Dr. Ina-Marié holds a PhD in Psychology of Education from the University of Pretoria (2018), with a focus on support, guidance, and counselling. She also has a Master of Education in Psychology of Education from the University of the Free State (2013) and a Bachelor of Education (Honours) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (2001). Additionally, she has completed Higher Education Diplomas in Senior Primary and Pre-Primary education from the South African College for Teacher Education (1996, 1997).
