Denzil

Denzil is an experienced Humanities and English educator with a strong background in History, Geography, Government & Politics, English Language and Literature, and academic writing. A former Head of Humanities and Head of English, he brings extensive experience in curriculum development, academic mentoring, and preparing students for demanding examinations and university study. He has taught Government & Politics at Sixth Form level and supervised Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) students across areas including politics, international relations, law, and public policy. His teaching places a strong emphasis on critical thinking, research, argument construction, and sophisticated academic writing.

Denzil is particularly well suited to students preparing for A Level, university applications, EPQ, and Law admissions, including LNAT preparation. He has supported students who have progressed to leading UK universities, including Cambridge, and helps ambitious learners develop the independence and analytical skills required for higher education.
