About Lodize
Lodize is an experienced Learning Support Specialist,Early Childhood Educator, and Inclusive Education Practitioner with more than 18 years of experience supporting children, families, and educators across a wide range of educational settings.
Lodize is particularly passionate about supporting learners with diverse learning needs, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety, learning challenges, and giftedness. Her work combines evidence-based educational practice with a deeply relational approach, ensuring learners develop confidence, independence, resilience, and academic success.
Through her training in Narrative Practice, Philosophy for Children (P4C), SEE Learning, and Professional Dialogue Facilitation, she helps children become confident thinkers, reflective learners, and active participants in their own educational journey.
Teaching Approach
Lodize believes that learning happens best when children feel safe, valued, and understood.
Her teaching approach is highly personalised, child-centred, and strengths-based. She meets learners where they are developmentally and emotionally while creating engaging learning experiences that support both confidence and academic growth.
