About Shanat
Shanat is an experienced Spanish & Frenchlanguage educator with over 14 years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language Teaching from UPTC in Colombia and a Master's Degree in Arts, Letters, Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Sorbonne – Paris Diderot, specialising in Comparative Literature.
Her experience spans Spanish and French language teaching across primary, secondary and adult education, with extensive experience delivering lessons online to students from different countries and age groups. She has taught Spanish through international online platforms including Live Lingua, Babbel Live, The School of World of Languages and My Tutor Source, where she taught IGCSE Spanish. She has also taught French within an MYP environment and has experience supporting students with language development, conversation, pronunciation, grammar and academic preparation.
