Carolyn is a highly experienced international Science educator with over a decade of teaching experience across IB, Cambridge, and AP programmes.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and has completed postgraduate studies in Biology Education, alongside full teaching licensure .

Carolyn has taught in leading international schools across Cambodia, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Philippines, delivering IB MYP & DP Sciences, Cambridge IGCSE Biology/Chemistry, and AP Environmental Science.

She has served as a Science Curriculum Leader and IB Programme specialist, leading curriculum mapping, MYP authorisation processes, and full programme implementation within international schools .

Her students consistently achieve strong results, with many IB Diploma students achieving grades in the 5–6 range and progressing to top universities
